So it's time for an election in my country. It seems that there is not a single sympathetic politician left in the field, so why bother? It should be up to me to make a better world and a better society, but can I be bothered with that? Will people just let me seize control? No, of course not - even though I'm a nice guy, I am not nearly competent enough to make choices that affect all of us. Don't worry, I'll let everyone off easy.

It seems to me though that we could have made things differently, I mean, shouldn't we all be happy? Shouldn't we all be allowed to do whatever we want?

Just mull it over...


Anyways, I'm back with a few pictures - it's been a long time, but if you have no inspiration, you have no prerequisites for snapshooting. Let me know what you think of them.

In retrospect 2009 was one of the worst years of my life. But... What doesn't kill you is an experience you learn from.
Now it's a differnet world all together. I'm excited about the future and I'm actually looking forward to the summer.
The weather is starting to take a turn to the better as well, so I'll become more active camera-wise.

I'm excited about the new groups format although some previously favorited clubs are suddenly pretentious and ridiculous. Hope that doesn't happen to you.


Always looking at the bright side

The snow is retreating. The ground beneath is starting to show.
For more than two months it was hidden. Everything seemed dormant under that cold surface.

Maybe I too am emerging. It seems like I say this often; that somehow I will start something new and with spring new things will come.
I hope it's true this time.

I'm missing someone though so even though somethings are bright others are still dark.


There is a lot of inspiration to find on dA though. I hope to contribute to someone's creativity!

Dare I believe it? Do I really have the courage to start something new?
Starting new projects and meeting new people - it's really kinda frightening if you think about it.

Anyways, enough about my battles with misanthropy. Instead let me tell you about the fact that I just made the first project for my visual mediaproduction class:

Go check it out. The rules of the production were simple: it had to contain two references to film history, one nod, we (my production group and I) had to perform all the characters ourselves and lastly it should not excede one and a half minute... Of course no copyrighted music, so we had to contact friends in bands and stuff, but we're happy with the result - especially when you take into consideration that we only had one day to film and one day to edit.

Clubs I'm in:

Wow, a time of complete disconnection from the world and one's old life... Sometimes a period of summer examns are like that, but this year even more so... I'm not who I used to be... Maybe that's a good thing - but only for a while... I don't think it's healthy in the long run!
Gotta keep those hopes up, people! I sure am trying, even though life is murky sometimes.
